My sweet daughter Hannah married her sweet boyfriend Adam on Father’s Day in El Segundo, CA. It was beautiful and fun and perfect.
I finally gifted the quilt I made for them. This quilt was inspired by a photo on Pinterest. Nicole, from mamalovesquilts, made the quilt, and named it Sparkles. I used EQ7 to create a similar block and added a border.
It took a looong time to decide how to quilt it. In the end, I thought it turned out great.
The wedding gave me an opportunity to gift a quilt to my inlaws as well.
They’ve lived near Yosemite National Park for over 15 years. I used a T-Shirt for the center panel.
By the time we return to New Mexico, I’ll have been away from my longarm 3 weeks. Chompin’ at the bit over here….
Thanks for checking in!
Debbie
